New hear.
Hello Everyone,
i just returned to modeling after 25 years. A friend on mine at work started modeling again and he would show me his pictures of he's tanks. I decided to start up again because of him. He gave me an old Tamiya Panzer III kit. I used that kit to experiment some different techniques I found on this site and others like salt, muddying, and other weathering. I think I over did it but it still looks pretty good for my first time back. Now I am working on a Tamiya M1 Abrams. I did the anti-skid paint I saw and it turned out nice. I will post pictures soon. I know I will have a ton of questions during my builds and you all seem like really helpful people. I am having a great time building that my wife thinks I am crazy because I will sit for hours working on building without me ever realizing how long I have been sitting working on the model lol.
One question I do have, after I am finished with the Abrams, I want to build a M2 Bradley IDF for a diorama with both. Does anyone know the anti-skid pattern on the Bradley like the M1?
Thanks
Ken.
