A warm hello from Port Macquarie Australia!
Thanks to all that have replied to some of my questions, I am only able to access these forums through my phone at the moment and can't upload pics and every one has said "we all like pics!!!
I'm 49 this year and in the last 20 years or so have only built 3 models after going from the time I was a 12 year old paper boy and spending every cent I earned on Airfix 1/72 aeroplanes at the newsagents who paid me to deliver them, win win for Jack Shannahan!:)
Anyway, I have now m in the last 18 months or so got back into it. All my built models so far built are 1/35 Tamiya armour,a mix of mainly German and American WW2.
All my models are just brush painted with tamiya acrylics and to the critical eye are probably poorly done and to that point I agree, But, to me they look good!, and realistically none of my mates know if I've put a decal in the right spot But! I try to keep it as close to prototype
