Hello all!
I have been getting back into modeling for a couple years now. I used to do it when I was younger, but I didn't get back into it until I was in college. I've built several different kits over the past few years, all to varying degrees of success. I typically enjoy working on historic space craft, military aircraft, some sci fi and pop-culture, and the occasional ship. Every once in awhile, I'll do a car. Currently, I'm working on a kit of the USS Constitution. I've never done a sailing ship before, so this could get interesting.
As for my skill level, even though I have improved since I got back into the hobby, I'm still a rookie... especially when it comes to painting (which is part of the reason I shy away from things like military ground vehicles). The devil really is in the details . Haha. Advice is always welcome. Thanks!
