Welcome. Will enjoy seeing your work.

Steve

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

Hi from North Carolina
Posted by Weird-Oh on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 9:03 PM

I've been building models since I was about 10, put it aside for a while, and now I'm back. I switched from IT to writing about 15 years ago and wrote a couple of articles about the Weird-Ohs models for different publications because they were such a big part of my young life. Finally met Bill Campbell, their creator, and just finished a book about him that should be out in a month or two. In the meantime, because the Weird-Ohs never looked like Bill's art, I decided I'd build a 1:8 scale Digger, basically from scratch. It's been one of those projects that's beginning to feel like it's never gonna end, but I hope to at least have the car part done in the next month or two. Figured I'd sign up here, because I can use all the help I can get.
