Hello all! Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm an amateur modeler that enjoys time at the bench creating "stories" out of model ships and boats mostly, but I've done a few cars and trucks as well. I live in Maine, so I have long winter months to pursue my several projects. I build mostly scratch, but kit-bashing is also a favorite pass-time.

I'm looking forward to picking up pointers from you folks, so for the time being I'll just take a seat over here in the corner and listen for a while........thanks.
