Hey NJ

Glad your back. Like Don said, RC is just too weather dependent. The only reason I'm still kinda doing it is I have too much money tied up in it. That and I still like the to fly, but I haven't flown all summer.

Welcome back to an anytime hobby.

While I have never stopped building models, I am a retread from flying models to scale shelf models. I just got tired of my hobby being controlled by the weather.  I can build in any kind of weather, so now building (display scale models) is the hobby, not flying them.  A weather-proof hobby!

Hello all. I've decided to return to modeling after 20 years or so. i built as a kid but never really had any patience. now as an adult i hope to see what i can achieve. I've recently been flying model aircraft and building gundam. what has landed me here is my love for fighter jets and ww2 tanks and planes. hope to learn a lot from you guys
