New to site but not modeling
Posted by FireDawg325 on Friday, October 10, 2014 4:49 AM
Not much about me... Was a FireMedic for 15 years till I blew out my knee.... Before that is was in the US Air Force from 1988 to 1992... I loved the Air Force, was at Edwards AFB for 3 1/2 years. I got to see several new aircraft... Looking for a great place to buy Air Force planes... I am looking to start my collection over again except this time I'm going to make it three different stages.... 1.) land 2.) Sea 3.) air P.S. I'm also looking to buy a small airbrush compressor with an air burgs with it... Looking for a great paint set as we'll. Feel free to message me with the info for above.... Again thanks, Steve

Welcome to the forum.

Wow,those questions are pretty general. www.spruebrothers.com   and www.redfroghobbies.com  are great sources for kits and supplies and paint sets.

As far as airbrush and compressor, well try Don's site for reviews and descriptions

sites.google.com/.../donsairbrushtips    to see what kind you want.

Welcome Steve! Good to see someone else that has spent time at Edwards on here. I've been working on base since '97. Sounds like you're going to modeling the pretty wide spectrum of subjects. I'm new here as well. Folks seem pretty friendly here so hopefully we can have some fun.
