Welcome aboard. Now that's going to be a big kit. Indeed, enjoy the build and if you have any issues, feel fee to ask. As Jim says, the hobby is addictive. But we are all here to help, though the help may come in the form of helping to feed said addiction and help to choose which kits to get.

Just don't join a GB, or then you will become a lost soul. Wink

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

Hi Jeremy!  Welcome to the Forums! Glad to have you aboard!

Just sit back, relax, and study the instructions.  Go over them a few times to get used to the names of the parts and where they go.  Then, start building.  Take it slow and easy.  As Steve said, if you have a problem just ask for help.  If you post a pic of the build that will help the guys figure out how to help you.

One thing you should know is that this is an addiction.  It only gets worse.  So, welcome also to Plasticaholics Anonymous.  I've been building for 68 of my 74 years and have enough kits in my stash to keep me building for the next 200 years.  Good thing I have a very understanding wife.

Good luck.

Hi Jeremy and welcome to the forums  Welcome Sign

Anything you should know.....hmmmm. Well how about this. Satrt on your B-24, nice kit by the way and a good kit to start with, and just ask questions along the way. You can start a new thread in the Aircraft forum, say "Monogram 1/48 B-24 WIP" possably, and there you can upload pics, ask questions, get abvice along the way.

I'm anxious to see your progress and you've come to the right place for help. There are tons of guys here who love to help and have more knowlage that your probably ready to know right yet.

Steve

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

Hello

Hi all! My name is Jeremy, I am new to modeling. I just purchased my first fit! Revell 1:48 B24-D...I have an interest in almost all WWI and WWI machines, especially planes and ships. I picked the B24 because I love the plane and I thought the size would be easy for a newbie. I looked at some 1:72 scale kits but the parts were so small, they kind of intimidated me. Anything I should know before I begin?

Thanks
