Welcome to the Forums Eric!  Glad to have you aboard!

As was said above, you'll get all the help you need on these Forums.  Don't be afraid to ask as we've all been there at one time or another.  I've been building for 69 of my 75 years and I'm still learning something new almost every day. If you can find a club near you, they will help out a lot too. Check out you're local hobby store to see if there are any in you're area.  And yes this hobby is VERRRY addictive. Many have tried to kick it, but don't know any that have succeeded. They all come back some day.

Hello to whomever may be concerned. My name is Eric. I'm 36 years old in just decided to take up the hobby of model building. Prior to this I have practically no experience with building models for painting. However I am enjoying myself so far. I'm currently working on my first model which is a Kenworth W900 in the 1/25 scale. It is currently nearing completion. I see some obvious room for improvement on my part. It seems there will be a flaw in the paint job that was caused by a mishap with my airbrush. I have some images and short videos taken with my cell phone that I would love to share in pursuit of feedback and advice. My friend was been building models for years tells me for my first kit I went extremely ambitious from the kit choice to the paint job. And he has no idea of the full detail of the paint job. So that being said I look forward to hearing from anyone and everyone. And I will soon be posting images of the model as it developed and the finished product. Thank you for reading.
