Welcome to the forums, Welcome Sign

Alclad makes a "Klear Kote Gloss"

Steve

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

NMF Applying clear over Alclad and decals

I'm sure this has been answered a few zillion times but.........

I've been modelling since 1975...mostly armor and cars. Just recently (last 10 years) started doing planes..especially WWll . And started dabbling in Natural metal finishes on P-47 s. Question is.........sealing decals with clear coat over Alclad. Through MANY years of experience know that if decals are not clear coated they will flake or peel off.......what's best and what's verbotten ?

Danke and Thanks
