i found some old tanks2scale links here. I am (after a gap of many years) putting the site back up. Not all of the features of the new site are ready, but a lot of the pictures are up.

The goals of the new site are:
1) to accomodate all types of models about all types of subjects
2) to have a site that is pictures, with some text added, rather than the more traditional text, with pictures added
3) to have a site that works in a smart phone or tablet as well as on a pc
