Hi folks.

After a very long absence I'm back on the finescale forums. I've still been modelling and going to shows but have been managing and admining on the UAMF forum.

In a nut shell this is the last 7 years. split with my ex, met someone else, split with her, did a college course in 'humanistic counselling, met someone else, got a job in the model industry, got married, had a son. and in the last few mnutes re-did my finescale log in and put the kettle on for a cup of tea. Smile.

Off to look through whats happening on the forums.

All the best.

Greg

Hi Lee. I work for a hobby import/export/trade company, we also do retail. We provide diecasts and plastic kits. Here's the link https://www.tigerhobbies.co.uk/ (Note to Admins. if this breaches site rules please remove) I'll get some pics posted some time soon of the stuff I have been building recently. All the best. Greg

Basically it's warehouse and postal/retail work. The only plus point is the product. Occasionally I have to build models like the 1/48th F5a we had produced (the former TANMODEL kit) now done as a Tiger Hobbies kit. I had to build it and get it in primer. no filler, after market or anythng. Just the kit glued together, light sanding on the seams then grey primered. All done in 1 1/2 hours. Repairs to diecasts are part of my job too. Also I have my own trade account so I can get things at trade plus tax. And also I score the odd freebee but that is rare. Here's a link to the works website.https://www.tigerhobbies.co.uk/

and here's wher I have been hannging out for the past seven years http://uamf.org.uk/

Cheers for the warm wecome back folks.

All the best.
