Hi everybody,
New to the forum and the hobby (under one year, working on second kit). My name is John and I'm here to drink in all of your wisdom! 
My problem is that while I put in about 10 hours a week, my progress is always painfully slow. I'm something of a perfectionist (or as much as I can be). But that, coupled with my lack of experience makes for very slow going.
