Hi,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Marc and I just got into the wonderful world of scale modeling, as a way to relax after work. I'm currently building my first kit, the Revell 1/48 Spitfire Mk II, and on my birthday received a few other Revell kits as a gift: the 1/72 Vought F4U Corsair, the 1/72 UH-1 Gunship, the 1/144 U-Boat XXI U 2540 and the 1/48 B-17F "Memphis Belle". So I got my work cut out :)

I'm lookin forward to meet you all, and I'll post pictures of kits in progression for you to comment on.

On the bench:

Welcome to the forums!! That's a pretty nice collection you have so far. I hope you post some photos or WiP's of your builds. There is a lot of knowledge and experience here so don't be shy to ask questions.

Welcome ! U-2540 the Wiliam bauer ( probably didnt spell that right ) I built the cut-away version of that a few years ago. You will love it !

Dont worry about the thumbprint, paint it Rust , and call it "Battle Damage"
