Hello! I'm a new member

Hi Folks!

I'm a new member and subscriber to Fine Scale Modeling. I'm also new to the hobby. I enjoyed modeling when I was very young, but haven't been in the hobby since. So I might as well be a total noob to modeling.

I like Armor mostly, with a bit of aircraft sprinkled in. Also, I'm most interested in WWI and WWII eras.

Welcome Sign  Take a look at the aircraft and armor forums.  You will see some amazing builds and pick up on the amazing options we modelers have.

Please ask questions if you have them.  The members here are quite helpful.

A "sprinkling" of aircraft you say..... You know your in for some bad weather when it's raining  Albatros's and Catalina's.   L O L

Welcome to FSM.

Dont worry about the thumbprint, paint it Rust , and call it "Battle Damage"

Welcome to the Forums and the hobby. Glad to have you with us.

I've been building for 71 of my 77 years and still learning something new almost every day thanks to the members here. Like was said above, check out the other sections of these forums and if you need answers for a problem just ask. Don't be afraid to ask for help. We've all been there at one time or another.

My favorites are WWI & WWII aircraft and vehicles followed by sailing ships. But, I'll build anything that strikes my fancy and my wallet says OK.Wink

Enjoy!

Welcome to Finescale!  A lot of us have followed the same path, building models as a kid, and then taking a break for girls, school, etc, etc, and coming back.  I look forward to seeing your builds!

Best regards,

Brad

Welcome

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.
