Be advised, that it is unlikely you’ll get any Hasegawa parts, though. Hasegawa have a reputation of being one of the unfriendliest companies in the biz, unless you live in Japan and can use the form in the kit directions. Anyone else, they don’t really care about. Including their overseas distributors.
I went to the hasegawa website:http://www.hasegawa-model.co.jp/gsite/top/ Boy is it ever lame. There is no way to contact the company at all for spare parts. There is a USA distributor, Stevens International, but again, no phone address or e-mail.
Your comments and questions are always welcome.
Ghost8100 Thank you for the info. There wasn't a phone number or website but I however found the company name googled it and now I might beable to get replacement parts. If anyone needs the USA distributers number feel free to ask for I now have it.

Ghost, what is the name & number of that distributer as i need to get 2 props & shaft replacements for my 1/450 Akagi?
Welcome!
Welcome to the Forums Dave! Glad to have you aboard.
Check the instruction sheet for the kits. There should be a phone number or e-mail address for their coustomer service department on it somewhere. If not look up Hasegawa on the internet and you should be able to find a way to get in touch with them. Some even have a small card attached to the instructions that you can fill out and send to them. Most of the manfacturers are pretty good at replacing missing or broken parts, if the kit is not too old. Sometimes they send them free and sometimes they charge a small fee for the sprue that has the parts on it.
Hope that this helps. Good luck.
Jim

I keep hitting "escape", but I'm still here.
Hey there folks. My name is Dave Barnum and I have been building models since 1990. I started doing fine tune detail in 2004. Since than I have started my own business building custom model replicas in 2010. Now I have sold over $100 built models and I have a collection of models in the thousands. However at the moment I am stumped on 2 of my Hasegawa kits. I need part number D-11x2 and I need the decals to kit number 07338 which is the F-16C Fighting Falcon Tiger Meet 2012 kit. If I can get any help accumilating these parts it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from someone soon about how to get what I need to finish these kits.
