Rockets and Japanese aircraft
Posted by Got Hinomaru? on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 9:50 PM

Permission to come aboard sirs!

Well I finally got around to joining the forums. As the title says my main interests are anything rocket related (the flying kind but I have done some plastic kits as well) and WWII Japanese aircraft. I have been building rockets since about 1986 and I got the plastic bug in the late 90s and I find I tend to spend about as much time reading about subjects that interest me as I do actually building stuff.Smile [:)] There's plenty to read here so I guess I better get started. Nice to meet everybody, I look forward to talking scale with  you.

Welcome to the Forums Sign - Welcome [#welcome].  I haven't built any rockets since my Son outgrew his interest, but used to have a lot of fun with them.  I still love Wings of the Rising Sun though...something about those meatballs Smile [:)].

Thank you all for your kind words of welcome. Sadly, I am pretty much "lo teck" and don't own a digital camera or a scanner so I probably won't have any pictures to share with everyone of builds and such. I'm personally not to fond of refering to Hinomaru as "meatballs", but that's JMO. Saw the link to the group build. Perhaps I should pull out that Kugisho MXY3, or maby the Renzan or.....
