Hello Again...
I haven't been active here for a long time. It's been almost 5 years since I joined. At the time I had just returned to modeling after a 40 year or so absence. I had no idea how modeling had evolved. My main interest at the time was automotive modeling and I found other forums that dealt with it exclusively and just gradually drifted away from this forum. There were no problems, hard feelings, arguements or other reasons. I just stopped coming around.
So, I've spent the last few years building cars. Not a lot, things move slowly here. Actually became more of a collector of kits than a builder. I got tired of lugging them around every time I move and have sold most of them just keeping a few favorites. But in that time I've learned much more about paint, airbrushing, scratchbuilding, etc...
Now I'm diverisfying a bit. Just started my first A/C kit in close to 40 years. Not sure it was a good choice for a re-intoductory kit. lol It's the Revell 1/48 F-14A. Oh boy. But I'm going to do it however it turns out. After this one's finished, and maybe a couple more, there's a 1/32 Trumpeter Corsair waiting on the shelf. Wish me luck.
