Bit about myself - born a 'loong' time ago went to Africia with my parents when I was 4 years old (1948!) spent all my school time there then migrated to Australia where my wife and I lived and worked until I retired in 1998 and returned to our roots in South Wales, got tired of retirement and now work in B&Q (in the USA Home Depot).
Always been keen of WW2 AFV modelling until I moved to Melbourne in 1988 when a great friend introduced me to R/C Model flying, but now in Wales it is difficult to find a good and safe flying club - interest in modelling re-awakened!
Fine Scale Modeller was always a top mag in the past years so I thought that I would give it a go and see how the model scene is nowadays
