Welcome back form the Sand Box, Bro. Been once, myself, back in '05. Prepping for the mountains of Kabul this year. Will be my eighth deployment in my 17th year (of 20) and I can't think of a more satisfying and relaxing way of enjoying myself (other than bein' with the little lady of the houseWhistling [:-^]) than opening a fresh model and some glue and getting to work. The guys and gals  on this forum are great and super helpful. Look forward to seeing some of your work. by the by, there are no dumb questions. Who said that? Plato said that. ( I think. My Drill Sergeant, for sure, said it all the time.)

I would have to say that right now I am interested in modern US armor and rotary wing aviation. I would like to put together some dios of my experiences overseas.

First of all, I want to say "thank you" for your service in our Armed Forces!  I appreciate all that you have done, and secondly Sign - Welcome [#welcome] to the forums!

There are MANY wonderful and inteligent people here that love to help others whenever they can.  There is some serious talent here!  Anything you need, just ask.

BTW, what are your interests?  Aviation for me, especially WWII fighters.  Look forward to seeing you around the boards! Thumbs Up [tup]

Hello All,

I recently returned from my fourth (and last) combat tour in Iraq. I am just getting back into modeling after about 15 years of being away from the sweet smell of Testors glue! Boy, a lot has changed. I look forward to picking all of your brains and apologize in advance for any dumb questions that I may ask!

Pleasure to meet you all!!
