Hey Hammer Sign - Welcome [#welcome] to the forums! I'm in the same boat. Back into it after 20 years. This site is the place to be for help and fun.

Search the airbrush forum for help.....maybe someone has an extra to sell. You also might try Badger.com and click on the 'garage sale' icon.....pickings are getting slim, but maybe you can still find a deal.

A/B's are still pretty reasonable overall. Stay away from Harbor Freight though....they seem to have about a 25% satisfaction rate for just a passable AB

Sign - Welcome [#welcome] to the forums, and back to the hobby!

I have a Lanc on deck for later this year as well.  As far as used airbrushes, you might want to consider getting a less expensive new one as who knows how the used ones have been treated/abused.  A discount place I have had good luck with is DIxie Art, give 'em a try. Thumbs Up [tup]

HI,

I suppose the obvious response would be to suggest eBay... I'm sure you'll get lots saying this. The other thought is to register on your local freecycle web site (Google it for details of the one local to you). Here you can find all sorts of items that others no longer want for free, and you can get rid of your own unwanted or surplus stuff in the same manner! I saw an airbrush on my local FreeCycle site about a week ago. You do need to be quick in responding as stuff goes fast!

Good luck!
