My name is steve-o. I just recently became completely addicted to modeling. I' m interested in just about all types of models as well as dioramas. I started with rc cars about 2 yrs ago which led to building model cars. I do admit that I am pretty burned out on cars. What really interest me  is millitary models and dioramas. I can honestly say all I think about 24/7 is modeling and rc cars. Heroin has nothing on my addiction to modeling and racing rc cars. I wonder if any of you has lost a marriage or relationship to this addiction.  Just kidding, kind of. Anyway, I just finished my first diorama. I like it but it doesnt compare to some I have seen online. But I am satisfied with my first attempt. I am now working on a 1/350 scale ship the bismarck (tamiya). It takes a little bit longer to finish my  projects because I am addicted to my rc stuff also. Now if I could win the lottery I could do this stuff 24/7. Something fun I  do  if I can't work on my model is pretend I just hit the lottery. Sounds childish but it is lots of fun. I literally write down everything I would buy. I also draw plans for my dream workshop. I figure out how I could prioritize my time to balance modeling,rc cars, and family. Although it seems childish to pretend, it really sheds light on what is most important to me. It also reminds me what my dreams are and makes me work harder to achieve them. You should try it once when you are really bored. Well,it was nice to meet everyone, as soon as I figure it out I will show some pictures of my work. Talk to you soon.
