Hey, everyone,

I've got seconded to another city for two months. Got so bored today. Normal shopping didn't cheer me up. So, I went to a hobby shop and bought a set of Cutty Sark 1/150th model kits and some simple tools...  I spent the rest of the day trying to build it up. However, the progress doesn't seem to go too well:

1. missed some parts because I cut them off but forgot to glue them to the ship right away.

2. The front bit is broken by the lift door and dropped through the gap...

3. Still got some parts left on the board that I dont know where they belong to.

4. Don't know how to run the threads or sew the salls together like the instructions said.

5. I overcut sail No.4. Anywhere I could buy a spare one?

6. I want to paint the boat pink with cute flowers but most my friends think it's a bad idea. Well, it's my ship, right?

Emmm. Apart from the problem raised above, everything else is good so far.

Sounds like you've had a bad time!

I'm sure as Daywalker suggested, that you will be able to find help in the Ships forum. Be sure to note the kit manufacturer and scale etc.

Good luck!
