To all my good friends on this forum:  I am glad to report that my health crisis has been passed, and things are looking up for me.  I want to thank you all sincerely for all of your prayers and good wishes.  You are a great group of friends with a common interest in modeling, and I am honored to be one of your group.

Since the crisis has passed, I have asked the forum moderators to close my thread now.  I do appreciate all of your concerns and kind words, but this thread is now obsolete, so it will end now.

Thanks to all!

Chuck

Glad to here things are looking up. Both my parents went through this for years so I know how tough it can be. But the technology and techniques keep getting better every year. You will continue to be in my prayers, best wishes to you and your family.

Thank you, gentlemen, for your best wishes and prayers.  They are working, I am improving and hopefully "out of the woods" now, or at least soon!  It was a scary episode, but I have one of the best cardiologists in the country, and have been treated well!  I appreciate your friendship and concerns.

Cadet Chuck,

Hope your new year is going well. Haven't been on much lately, spending a lot of time at SP&R (www.sparforums.com), more than one viewpoint, so to speak. . Continuing to think of you and your health.

HI , Chuck :

I know this is late , but , just got to you .Whew , whatta busy month ! You will always be in my prayers . I find sharing a few moments to think and pray about my acquaintances here and in face to face  , enriches life tremendously . I still haven,t gotten used to the lump where my cardiac implant is , but I cope . You sir  , stay as healthy as you can and do listen to the doctors AND your own body .GOD bless and yes  , you are now firmly on my prayer list .   tankerbuilder

Hi Chuck,

Keeping you in our thoughts & prayers.

I also had open heart surgery twelve years ago.  Modern medicine can do some great things.

Keep the faith.

Never surrender! Bacteria never surrender; if there were one salmonella
left in the world,  doubling every  30 minutes,  it would take  less than a
week to give everyone alive diarrhea.  Never,  never,  never surrender!

Prayers sent Chuck. Had heart surgery a few years back myself. Knock on wood I'm still in decent shape. Ditto on the advice to follow Doctors orders.
