I didn't even know we had a day. Thanks!

I'm from the government and I'm here to help.

I apologize for missing this, but I did not know yesterday was Vietnam Veterans Day.

It was forty years ago yesterday, March 29, 1973 the last of the United States combat forces departed the Republic of Vietnam and the final release of American prisoners of war from North Vietnam.

I salute all our Vietnam Veterans and wish them all a big and sincere "Welcome Home!".
