But, my wife has a very sensivtive nose, and she can't handle the smells that model making produces. I swear she could out sniff a drug sniffing dog!

Ah, this makes me feel better. My wife always says that she can smell the stink of glue and (acrilic) paint from my cave in the basement. Sometimes I think she should be some kind of wine expert, would make more $$$

Because of my injury, Mrs. Toshi helps me with research and photos.  I pick out two models I like to build and she picks out which one she likes.  In the end, she just buys me both kits anyway.  She won't build the model but indirectly she'll check with my progress to see how I'm coming along.

It is Mrs. Toshi that helps me purchase all and every tool, supplies, and misc. items needed to build a model.  She even wanted to buy me another AB, a Iwata Eclipse gravity feed and I told her no as I already own a NEO Iwata and a NEO TRN1 trigger gun gravity feed.  Maybe in a year or two as I'm still learning how to AB.

Only once....she painted a torpedo which looked more like a cast tank turret.  It was mounted on the aircraft anyway and is in my display case some 40 years later.  But then I'm not much on sewing a torn seam and thus we  practice an efficient division of labor at our house.  She once helped measure elevation on a backyard project....."two lines past the big hicky"......God love her (I do)........
