Another great SAC movie was Gathering of Eagles. Don't even know if it is available in DVD, let alone Blu-ray, but this thread is encouraging me to look for it.
I was in SAC at the time, and we all thought it was right-on accurate. We even knew exactly who that Rock Hudson charactor was supposed to be!
