I'm trying to get a replacement canopy for a trumpeter a10 two seater canopy  do you have a contact Ural or email to Trumpeter. I tried once contacting them with no response. Thanks

That might be a first, considering all the talk I've heard in the past about how Trumpeter never would respond to customer requests for repalcement parts  or almost anything else.

I had a mold defect on the left fuselage of my new 1/72 Hobby Boss Jayhawk.  Snapped a pic, sent it off to Trumpeter service : joanna@trumpeter-china.com

Couple weeks later I received a full replacement sprue:

No charge, no shipping costs.  Wonderful service - I'm a customer for life!

EDIT: went to put the part away and realized the kit was Hobby Boss.  I guess Trumpeter works with/owns Hobby Boss?
