I grew up in the '60s a stone's-throw away from Glenview NAS, and went to school with bunches of kids whose fathers served there. That's the sort of project I can envision many of those fathers undertaking!
My real question is...what ever became of it? At 1/3, it would certainly have required its own 'parking place.'
