Most of the top modelling website will have a hints and tips section. Try these to start with:

 Aircraft Resource Center

 HyperScale

 Modeling Madness

 agapemodels.com

Most sites also have forums where to one degree or another you can get good answers to any questions you may have. I suggest if you're new to forums, that you spend a bit of time "lurking" prior to making any posts so that you can get a feel for the tone of the forum.

Here's a website that's like FSM, just a bit more German.Wink [;)] Das Modellboard, its a forum like FSM, but everthing is in the German language hence it's a bit more German(not just the models). Nevertheless, you can pump stuff through a translator if you want. Here's the link:  http://www.modellboard.net/index.php
