Hasegawa Customer Service (?)

I went to start a kit of theirs today and found I had a part missing. The kit was purchased a online a long time ago. I cant seem to find any way on Hasegawa online to request a replacement part. Does anybody know a way to contact them to get a replacement? The kit is their 1/32 F-5E.

I have had pretty good luck getting replacement parts from them.  It takes a little while to get them from Japan, but they have come through two out of three times and the prices for the parts was not bad at all. Thumbs Up [tup]

Stik

As of 2010 Hasegawa dropped Dragon as a distributor and switched to Hobbico. I got a bunch of parts for a couple of kits and they just charged me for the shipping because it was several trees. I think I contacted them here:

LOL...  The previous poster did a drive-by on a 5 year old thread. I think Stik would have sorted it out by now. Dragon would have been appropriate at the time.

Great catch Phil! Another long dead resurrected thread! I'm going to make it a habit to look at the starting post from now on.

Good to hear. It's still Hobbico as you have to link to their email address.

Thanks for the late replies guys. I went thru Marco Polo after getting this info way back when, and about 9 months or so later, I got the part that I needed. I forgot that I had even posted this back then until it rose from the grave... Well with Halloween so close, I guess that is appropriate ;)

Does anyone know what the current customer support email is?  I tried both links mentioned in this thread but they are both dead......
