Posted by uspsjuan on Sunday, May 2, 2010 4:36 PM

to date my choice has been Tenax-7r. For its ease of use, oderless ,wont stick your fingers together, blah, blah blah. Anyway, I have been unable to find any of this at L.H.S.,or at several online stores. My question to you fine people is what would you recomend as a suitable replacement? Thank you in advance for help.

In my opinion Ambroid Pro Weld is just as strong and just as fast acting.

Weld-On #3, although it's "hotter" than Tenax or its equivalents.

That;s surprising to hear--I heard that the manufacturer was having issues with getting bottles or something like that. I can't imagine why it would have been banned, unless it's some kind of proprietary issue, where they ripped off somebody''s formula/
