Yup, love the Aves! Worked a treat filling the rather large hole inside an Academy F-86 intake. I used brass tubing and water to smooth it out...

If the gap is too large for normal putty to work, I fill the area with a piece of styrene or wood before any putty.  As far as color, I prime my work before painting, so the color of the putty is not an issue.

I've used it a number of times. It comes in grey as well. it's  water soluble so very easy to work with.

I have been researching the best way to fill gaps on models and Aves Apoxie Sculpt came up. Seems like a lot of modelers use it.

I wanted to get feedback on it. For those that have used it, do you recommend it for a good way to fill gaps? Is it easy to use?

Also, not sure if color matters, but if so, what color would you suggest is best for plastic grey models?
