MIG productions europe dry mud "fine texture"
Posted by luke98 on Saturday, October 19, 2013 4:17 PM

iv been use the mig dry mud for my diorama & love it. but after about half way through the container it starts to dry up alittle & gets kinda thick. In turn makeing it to clumpy & hard to apply. So my question is what do I use to thin it to get it loosened up again. Not sure if I use enamel thinner or acrylic thinner like tamiya X-20A.           thanks in advance! you guys always point me in the right direction!!!!!Devil

Just stir it. And use mineral spirits-like for enamels. THat will make it stick well. Or, alternately, you can use water, which will allow you to remove most it quite easily if you want to and THEN you can seal it in place with enamel thinner.
