jet, if you mean the_doog, then no, that's not him. The guys who runs that site is a member here, DoogsATX, but he hasn't been on for a year or so. He has gone over to another forum unfortunately.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

Hey thanks Bish. I know who you're talking about. I've read a bunch of stuff from him in searches. Yeah, that's too bad. I like his blog

But "The Doog" here is no slouch on his builds either. He makes some beautiful armor builds on here.

Couldn't agree more! I go to his Fotki gallery all the time for insperado. He is a supremely gifted modeler no doubt

Jetmaker, sorry---I just saw this post. Carlos pretty much answered your question, but I thank you sincerely for your kind comments about my Fotki site and my modeling! I'm glad you like my Fotki feed and get a measure of inspiration from it! Wink

The "other doog" was a good modeler too, and it's a pity that he jumped ship. Maybe the dooghouse was too crowded? Clown

I see DoogsATX posting at other forums, and always take the time to check out his stuff. It's really top-notch work, plus it's extremely diverse, covering armor as well as WWI and WWII aircraft. The guy has some serious talent and he's definitely missed around here. His willingness to constantly strive to expand his comfort zone is rare and very admirable.
