I am building a ship, a WW2 heavy cruiser. I bought a PE set for it, and was working on a searchlight tower. The tower is really fine but a bit flimsy. I had to glue a couple of searchlight emplacements on shelves on the tower. After I glued the first one on, I found I had glued it to the wrong shelf, and the emplacements were not identical! I thought removing it would be almost impossible. But, I remembered I had gotten a little bottle of CA debonder a couple of years ago when I had ordered a couple of bottles of a new CA brand (they included the debonder free as a good will gesture). Fed the debonder into all the seams around the emplacment and took an X-acto blade into the seam and began gently prying- sure enough, it came off! The stuff works!
