Anyone ever try to contact Dragon models?
Posted by dirkpitt77 on Sunday, June 28, 2015 8:31 AM

Working on a ship kit and have a short shot--one of the bulkheads looks like it melted in two in the middle. I went to Dragon's website but their 'Customer Service' button doesn't work.

Anyone ever have luck contacting them for a replacement part?

Thanks,

Chris

I have tried to use their customer service before, I got a swift reply but they wanted the original receipt and the store info that the kits was purchased from. Needless to say I didn't have those so I just gave up on the replacement part I was needing.

Yeah, I changed my mind. I grabbed an empty Coke can and fabricated some 'battle damage'. Decided not to mess with trying to get a replacement part. And it looks cool.Cool

Thank you, though, gents.
