Remember that the majority of UK F-4's were fitted with RR Spey's, not J79's & that the UK would most likely have used / adapted existing equipment.
It looks like the majority of USN F-4's & the other aircraft you mentioned would have been serviced by the MD3 flight deck tractor, which was a combined tug/starter. Most other deck equipment would also have been generic to the era.
