Ha ha ever lost a part inside the model for good ?

I've had that happen more than once in the 60 years that I've been building.  It's almost as annoyiny as having some of your nose weights come loose and start rattleing around the fuselage,  They somehow break loose from the rest and get past the barriers  that were supposed to prevent it.

How big is the window? You may be able to use those liquid window materials to make a new one, if it is not too big?  Ordinarily I have to scratch build a part, but airliner windows are usually small enough to recreate with those white-glue-like materials.

For sure,I dropped th er periscope into my Jagdpanzer 4,it's not coming out.

Oh yeah.

Resort to squirting some white glue into the cavity and rolling the model around until the rattling stops.

There is somthing ratteling around inside my Su-85, but i have no idea what it is. Can't have been that important.

Ya Know;

    I have that same problem with My Gato Submarine kit . I guess one of the torps broke loose in the forward torpedo room . It's been like that for four years now . I Still have no idea what it could be .  T.B.

You can LOSE a LOOSE part inside of any model. Getting it out is sometimes just a matter of commitment.

That definitely is small enough to make with liquid window material.  Try one of the bottles made specifically for that use- the Micro Scale stuff works very well.  While some folks just use white glue, I find the products made for that purpose do the job more easily.

All the time ..worst ones are those tiny p.e parts ..and once u glue up the wing or fuselage it's gone man
