I ordered some paint from Gravity Paints on 12/11/17 and my order say it is being processed since then. I have sent them 3 emails asking to clarify what the holdup is without an answer. They have sent a reply that they got my emails and someone would get back to me. This is my first order from them. Has anyone ordered anything from them? Have you had a similar experience?
