You might find a decent brand name one at Hobby Lobby using a 40% coupon.

Of the three, the California Air Tools. I have that and a larger twin cylinder model, first rate, extremely durable and so very quiet. Wife can't hear it when standing in the hallway.  CAT highly recommended.

The CAT one has a more universal connector; you could also use it to inflate tires or anything else, or use a blow gun or nailer/stapler.  The other 2 look like they could only be used for an airbrush.

I wouldn't rule out hardware stores for a compressor, either.

An airbrush compressor is an important enough purchase that you may want to check down there.  There are some real experts that hang there.
