Keep in mind that there is a Painting and Airbrushing forum, down below in the list of FSM forums, down in the Tools, Techniques and Reference Materials section. An airbrush compressor is an important enough purchase that you may want to check down there.  There are some real experts that hang there.

The CAT one has a more universal connector; you could also use it to inflate tires or anything else, or use a blow gun or nailer/stapler.  The other 2 look like they could only be used for an airbrush.

I wouldn't rule out hardware stores for a compressor, either.

I build 1/48 scale WW2 fighters.

Have fun.

Second the CAT mine can be running and you can still have a conversation with someone without having to raise your voice.

Of the three, the California Air Tools. I have that and a larger twin cylinder model, first rate, extremely durable and so very quiet. Wife can't hear it when standing in the hallway.  CAT highly recommended.

I got mine at www.tcpglobal.com

You might find a decent brand name one at Hobby Lobby using a 40% coupon.
