I ordered DAMAGED in late August and never got it. Am I the only one?

Besides being slow anyway, I believe The parent compay has changed ownership recently and that also may be a cause. Who knows their financial situation both with and without the ownership change. This issue may have been agreedupon earlier and the new owners may be slow to distribute. It's not a good time to be a magazine publisher.

 

It's my understanding that they had some issues with the previous company that they had doing their customer service work so they made a change. It appears that it's taking some time to get things sorted out.

Has anyone not received their copy of this special issue? I sent an email to Kalmbach yesterday and so far I've heard nothing. I feel like I should get a complimentary digital download of the magazine for my troubles. I've been a long time subscriber to Scale Auto and have had little to no problems receiving issues so I'm wondering if this is just me or if it's a larger problem. I did see the magazine in a Hobbytown in Cincinnati so I know it's out.

 

I never can understand why anyone would pre-order these special editions when Barnes & Nobles has it in stock.

Oh, nice, I saw it at Hobbytown a month ago and it had a release date of early November, so I was sure that I was somehow overlooked. Thanks!
