Believe it or not, no. I have many kits available but never built anything. But, I honestly do have intentions of making one or two this year!

I had 3 to choose from so picked the panther i built for the D-Day GB a few years back, seemed appropriate.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

Well technically, it’s not strictly D-Day subjects only. With the time span listed it pretty much covers the whole Normandy campaign up thru Cobra, Falaise, and arguably the liberation of Paris. Between the Allies and the Germans, that’s a LOT of subject choices...

The only thing I built with invasion stripes in the last 10 years is Gabby G's P-47. It's not worth entering though.

Steve

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

Steve,

There are plenty of subjects submitted without "invasion stripes", so I'm not sure about what time period they meant.  Guess we'll find out!  I even submitted one that is probably not the greatest example, but I tried to be "artistic" as it's a "photo" contest and not a "model" contest.  Big Smile
