I've been a Sprue Brothers customer for years, and am always satisfied with them, but my recent experience is worth mentioning. A little over two weeks ago, a kit I ordered came factory sealed missing a sprue. The manufacturer's Support link was dead, no connection at all, so I contacted the Help email at SB. When I got no reply, I tried sending again, and then finally yesterday a third time, asking them to please respond - now I'm getting frustrated.
Today when I went to the PO Box, there was a package with the missing sprue. Yes, they could have emailed, but the fact that they shipped what I asked for with no hassles at all more than makes up for that. They certainly deserve a big Thank You from this happy customer!
