Could be.Really,unless your trying to depict a diorama based on a scene,I would display it the way I wanted,it doesn't matter.

How about a aircraft with all the access panels, gun bays,and canopy open,many modelers display these open just to show off their interior work.Its done eith all the genres,armor also,just to show off a feature you may have added.

In a recent letter to Scale Talk, a former  A-4 crewman stated that the A-4 in the March, 2019 was inaccurate because the canopy was never left open unless a pilot was in the cockpit or a boarding ladder was attached. Unfortunately, even an experienced professional should never say never. Numerous photos show the canopy open without a pilot or ladder.
