Up and coming master modler right there!

Hello, Pedro -

Your little girl is a cutie and a very good modeler, please give her my compliments. And, I think you are a super Dad, working alongside her at the hobby bench. These are times you both will remember happily through the years, I hope after the 109 and then the Spitfire are completed, she will continue with others.

I hope you will continue to post her work, and yours as well. Thanks for posting her 109 model, it was really nice to see.

Thank you so much! There is a Revell Spitfire waiting already

I recall my first kit, Airfix Spit. In all honesty it was an unpainted glue bomb, not nearly as good as this one turned out, so I'm proud yes!

Well done that lass! YesYesYes

Great project and beautiful result, should be magnificent once the markings are on. Hope she's enjoying it enough to tackle another! Big Smile

On with the painting!
Obviously I had to guide her somehow about using the airbrush. Not that I'm an expert by any stretch but at least I knew how to connect the air hose Embarrassed
Had to do the masking as well since the model was already fully assembled and it's tricky first time around. And yes, those are the dates of purchase on the paint bottles!!!!!
Tamiya sprayed dusty matt as all Tamiya do, Gunze sprayed lovley satin finnish like only Gunze does and Aeromaster came out fine as well. 20+ year old flasks Cool

Hi!
Since I've started modeling again my youngest one was been circling the tiny plastic bits asking questions and it happens so that I still have a few old kit boxes leftover from decades ago and decided she could manage the scalpel and glue as well.
So this is the very first one she has ever put together, and fast at it was she!
So, I started from the very basics, told her this was the bad guys mount, hold back on the glue and get into the habit of using sand paper.
Turns out its not a glue bomb at all! Very proud! Big Smile
