Happy birthday.  She gave you the greatest gift.  Unless a loved one knows you want a very specific model the gift card is the only way to go.  If someone buys you a model you have no interest building it makes for an awkward situation.  It stays in the box and never gets built.  Feelings are hurt.  Its tough to spend months on something you have no desire putting together.  Modeling is a personal thing.

Hoildays are approaching.  If your reading this and want to buy a model for someone just go gift card.  Trust me on this.  The person receiving the card will LOVE IT!  Going to the LHS is a real treat to us especially with a gift card.

Enjoy

The anticipation of spending the money has got to be its own fun as well. Good luck.

Many happy returns!  So - will it be a wise, considered, and selective use of the gift card, or a mad, wild splurge?Stick out tongue

Remember, that'a she who must be obeyed, so you better do it or risk her wrath.
