So amazing, I have to share this....
Posted by BrandonK on Friday, November 18, 2022 9:18 AM

I recently ordered some model parts from a seller in Ukraine. I knew it would take sometime to get, but I'm supporting them so I can wait. It took about a month to get it and it was exactly what I ordered and well packaged. He sent some hard candy from Ukraine along with a cartoon story about the package and its journey. I laughed out loud on this, it's SO FUNNY.

Anyway, I will post up pics so that you all can share in the fun. I think you should be able to read them.

Enjoy,

BK

That's awesome!  There are some good sellers in the Ukraine, especially if you are looking to grab ICM or Reskit items.  Some of the ebay sellers are even putting in their descriptions that "We assure you, we're open!"

HA!  I got one of those too from those guys!  They definitely have a good sense of humor in the midst of all of that, and they provide excellent service.  It has only been taking 2 weeks door-to-door to get stuff from them.

The Ukrainian modelling community definitely has a sense of humor!  When I ordered an AModel T4 "Sotka" from them, I was chuffed that they included a small Ukrainian flag in the box.

I order fro PM sometimes and they have an "item" that you purchase to give to their army. PM takes the money and purchases items for the fighters and first responders

I recently orderd from the same company, and I was expecting a longer shipping time, but was pretty happy that it came sooner than I expected. Have not tried the candy yet, but I enjoyed the "Packy" cartoon. I bought the 1/72 zombie pirates, and they are really nicely detailed, and would be awesome on a Zvezda 1/72 "Black Pearl" pirate ship kit as they show all the major players from the movies. Unfortunately, the Revell 1/72 pirate ship kit I bought on ebay is closer to 1/130-1/144 scale. The set of 48 figures has 4 sprues of 12 different figures, so if anyone needs some let me know.
