How to find that missing PE part.

This morming after my wife and I got up, she broke her eye glasses. She is blind without them so I thought I might be able to temp fix them with some CA. I went down the hallway barefooted and into the model room. About six feet from my modeling desk, my right heel stepped on something. Felt like a knife had stuck in my foot. I hobbled back into the living room, fixed the wifes glasses and then looked at my heel. Imbedded in my heel was a piece of PE, V shaped with small tabs at the top. After a little surgery I got it out. I don't know what kit it was suppose to go to or how long the carpet monster had it hidden from me.
So if you loose a piece of PE, take off your shoes, walk around and you might find it.[:0][:0]
